Gidday guys , with my back feeling a lot better it's time to get out on the bike again . This will be my usual easy cruise through the hills , a few of the same roads and a few new ones too . 
Starting at Caldermeade Farm ( near Lang Lang ) at 9.00am for a coffee & chat , on the bikes around 10.00 then a nice easy roll around the hills to Mirboo North . After lunch more of the same heading back finishing around Longwarry about 3.00 .
This ride like my others will suit any level of rider on any size bike (  learners included ) , would be great to see some new faces join us for a fun , sociable day out on the bikes .

Like Geoff I don’t go riding in the rain if I can avoid it. So if it is not pissing down I will make the long trek to join you on this ride.

Thanks to the handful of AMTRA members who joined me and many others ( 21 bikes ) on the Adv ride yesterday May 2nd , i know a few of you travelled quite a distance to get there and it was much appreciated . Jarrod ( my son ) & i had a great day out on the bikes and hoping you guys ( oops sorry Cathy ) and lady did to . Also good to see Geoff Lawrence cruise down on the old CB to join us for a coffee at the farm . Many thanks to to my good mate Col for going tail all day .

Yep Scott, a great day out on the bike. Perfect weather. Very well linked up tracks and roads and with some terrific scenery and good company. Thanks. My round trip for the day was 370 km, about 170 of which was commuting to and from the ride, but definitely worth the effort.
