I took a duffel bag/sports bag (carry on) then had my large moto gear bag with everything else
As al said we wore all my gear from the hotel to the factory. Only had shorts and singlet t shirt jocks and socks ect in the duffle bag, don’t bother taking shoes or long pants thongs is fine, small towel aswell nothing dries anyways.
If I was to do it again I wouldn’t take a sleeping bag as it’s so bloody hot and sweaty at night I’d just take two cheap sheets and throw them away in the bin at the last camp.

Chappa I’d just use there bikes for the small fee of $900 it’s worth every cent not having to worry about anything., The leader and sweep know them inside out and all the spares and everything they carry is for that bike

Flying back on the same day will be brutal haha, I personally wouldn’t do it but it’s possible a bloke did it on our tour

My wife & i were up in Cairns on a holiday only a couple of weeks ago and driving back from the Daintree we passed a group of DRZ's heading up , enjoy your trip Peter and now Simon , look forward to hearing all about it when you guys get back home . Regards Scotty
