Toolangi Ride 29th April, Level 2+ About 60 to 80 ks, Lunch on the trail, Meet up at Marginal Track Bike drop off area, Off Melba Hwy, on right hand side if heading north, drop off spot about 600 metres off the Highway. Arrive 8:30 am for 9:00 am start.
A mixture of loamy, clay and rock, some nice single trails, and open tracks, the area is used a lot by hardcore 4wds, I want to explore the area, most of the tracks loop around Marginal Track, I don't know the area 100% so if anyone else wants to lead that will be fine.

I was pretty excited about joining in on this ride but unfortunately can’t get there for the start time this Sunday. Anyway, this aside I’ve just started riding again after very many years and Marginal Road is where I usually go. I’ve not been off the main trails as yet as circumstances make weekend rides difficult to get to hence I generally ride alone through the “work” week. If you’d be interested in doing a ride and explore during the week sometime I’d be keen to join in.   If you run one of these again I really hope to be able to make it.

No problems at all Gerald you are always welcome, in a few weeks I will probably be able to get a weekday off, the area is full of great tracks, there are some good maps covering the area, most of the main tracks are heavily eroded from 4wd's, so when its dry aren't that difficult but are up and down, which keeps it fun, coming off the main rd are numerous single trails that snake their way through the bush and back onto Marginal rd some of these I want to explore, most are only a few k's max. Looking forward to Sunday the weather is going to be perfect, I have a loop all mapped out.
