Directions,  Take the Marysville road from Narbathong for exactly 2 km.  Cross the Acheron river bridge and turn hard left down onto the river bank.   8.30 am for 9.00 am start.   Rec reg is ok.,  allow fuel for about 120 k.  Fuel is available in Buxton or Marysville. We hope to stop for lunch in one of them.
All welcome,  nothing too hard, I will try to find the odd bog hole for the adventurous.
Note the carpark is a CFA filling point and the turning circle needs to be kept clear.

I hope to be in the Beechworth Bakery in Healesville at about 7.30 for my second coffee.

All,  Just five days to go.  Time to get the bikes out of the shed, shake out the boots, fill the back pack and be at the river  bank bright and early.   Weather looks good, hope the creek has gone down a bit!,  maybe I will go to Buxton.  Fuel for 120 k is advised for those with rec reg.

That one was ancient when I bought the bike - sadly the sidewalls have perished, pity, ' cause there was still plenty of tread left

One good thing about less powerful bikes - they don't tear the knobs off the tyres!
