It is that time of the month again, tip the spiders out of the boots, fill the camel back and make a serious note in your diary.   All welcome, I will try to make a few interesting excursions onto tracks I haven't done for ages, even if I have to get the map out "again".

Enjoyed this ride immensely.The spirit of the club was evident guaging by all the support and assistance i was given during this ride .I cannot remember a lot of your names ,so please forgive me .Michael, Paul and of course Shelley who came back to see if i was all right.
Alas i had several falls the on injury i suffered was to my pride !! Michael was invaluable in spotting the issue with my bike as well as providing advise to improve my skills.
