Hi fellow members.

This will be another level 2+  ride, mainly overgrown or narrow tracks, but can do some  more open tracks depending on how we are all travelling, this is a no pressure ride,, this ride a relaxed fun ride with plenty of stops.

we will stop at the play hills, there's plenty of hill climbs to pick from, they are hard, harder, & impossible, those of us that are happy for a rest there & hopefully some of us are happy to put on a show for the ones resting   from there back into some more narrow trails.

The tracks we will be riding are not hard can be a bit tricky in the wet, I've had some feed back, they say,............ it's very demanding because  there's no straight bits  ............ there's some rutted up's & also down's, some hills climbs with roots to get over,  but mostly very flowing, On my 300 I'm mostly in 3rd & 4th gear, the ride is between 70 km & 80 km in length, I can make it longer by putting in some  more open tracks/ roads.
Lunch on the trail...........Make sure you have enough fuel for 70-80 km, plus keep in mind you are going to use up a bit of fuel at the play hills if you are going to have a bit of a play.

Here's is the details for the new unloading area, it's easier to find then the other place.

You still have to get off the Princess fwy at the sign that says Churchill Federation uni, turn right at the T intersection, go through the round about follow Monash way to Churchill, when you get to the shopping center, keep going 1.2 K/M you will see a windmill on the corner of Glendonald road, turn left there when you get to the T intersection turn right, still called Glendonald road follow the dirt road & go over a single lane bridge, the road now becomes a sealed road follow that to another T intersection....Thomson road, go straight across Thomson road, if the gate is still closed that means I'm not there yet, other wise drive through the gate way until you get to a shed.

Max & i did some more exploring yesterday, we found a ripper track, I say we because Max found it first :) I gave him the ok to follow it to see where it goes, it dropped of fairly steep from the road we were walking along, after walking for a while I though the track would level off a bit, around a few more turns it was still going down, it looked like that it didn't get much traffic,I thought to myself,   how good is this track,     it just kept going down, I got to a point where I had to keep going because walking back up was going to be hard work :) after walking for an half hour I could see some paddocks through the trees, at that point the track started to  show some ruts, as Max & I kept going down the ruts were getting deeper, it was even getting harder to walking down, the last bit was a steep drop down to the road below, when I got onto the level road my legs felt like jelly :) seeing the bottom part of the track I can see why the top part of the hill looked like it didn't get much traffic :) I know where it is now, & I'm not going there, apart from it's a experts + hill at the bottom bit, it just keeps going up & up for about 2 km's at a guess.

While I was stacking the fire wood I split the other day into the wood shed I was thinking, how could I stuff that up.

All though I did just come back from a 398 k/m ride into Dargo & back on my 1050 KTM adventure bike, I didn't think that that little ride would not have been such an overload on my brain :)

The test will be, when I can't remember the tracks I ride then I'll know I have a problem :) until then carry on regardless :)
