23 riders took part
22 of them rode in dust

2 riders went for unwanted swim’s
I got wet boots from helping riders through the river
5 went home at the 40k, 11am mark (2 due to bike issues, i.e.water)
2 riders got punctures
18 riders finished the day
15 riders had smiles when they left
3 riders couldn’t be bothered saying good bye
Christian from Germany had a ball
Wife was happy with the day
And I managed to float on and off Phil’s Christmas card list all day

The only trouble I had all day was trying to stay on when I stopped. Some free laughs for all who saw it.
