The things you find with Google!

Michael Collins fear was that Neil and Buzz would not be able to leave the moon and he would have to travel back to earth without them.

Rob, Trinity was the name of the first atomic bomb, it was developed at a place called Los . . . . . .

Still after what decade the telegraph got to Australia from England?

Phil, Correct, they got it working in 1872 after a few hick ups.

Ken, Correct, it was the location of the "Manhattan Project" where the atomic bomb was developed.

Well done people, look for more questions Saturday night!

As usual, Phil, a very interesting read. A few places you mentioned brought back some recent memories. Last year a group of us with Trakmaster vans ventured across the Gary Junction Road from Alice Springs to Marble Bar and eventually on to Derby to join a cruise of the Kimberley coast, which included a cruise past Cockatoo island and the nearby Koolan island which has been reopened again as a working iron ore mine.  On our road trip along the Gary Junction road we travelled on some of the Telfer mine road and then used the excellent bitumen road for the Woody Woody mine to get to a terrific camp site  by the huge water hole in the Carawine Gorge. From there towards Marble Bar the main traffic on the excellent bitumen  road was roadtrains  to and from the  Woody Woody mine, and there were a lot, each with 4 trailers.  We followed  one of these road trains fully loaded with 100 tonnes of Manganese headed to Port Headland.  A very interesting , scenic area to visit . It was our third visit to this area of the Pilbara with our van.

Thanks Dennis,

You can always tell when the engineer is rushing, they forget the

return bar for a

space every now and then.

Otherwise well done, and thanks again.

PS - I'll understand if you tell me to rack off, nicely please.
