Mucking around on U Tube this after noon I found this very interesting video

so of to Aldi Hame and I headed to buy some cheap arse Head Strong gentle care shampoo special for Dandruff
2 pairs of ridding specs and 1 goggle lens done so far and held over a boiling kettle to no fog , tried my non treated glasses with instant fog up.
A few weeks till my next ride but will try to keep you all informed but please submit your ideas so we can all compare.

I've got Scott Xi (?) goggles and double lenses and sometimes they get a bit foggy if I'm sweatin' hard, but as soon as I start moving again they clear up fine.

A drop of kitchen detergent works. Rub on the inside of the lense with your finger then polish.

I think most of the problems I have is with my glasses when wearing goggles. If I just wear my safety glasses they fog in slow going stuff but clear once moving but will be interested to see what happens now I have dandruff free treated e lenses :)

I use the twin skin lenses and ride real fast.

OK - that last bit was in a previous life.

In my present life I have goggles with the bottom foam taken out of the goggle frame for more air flow.
It's just more time to be flat out!
