Gday Folks, recently signed up...

I'm in Mildura VIC so a long way from the good riding (ie hills) you guys get every weekend, but I thought I'd become a member anyway as it looks like a good organisation.

I don' t know anyone up here to ride with yet, need to work on that as I ride alone mostly now (anyone here from NW Vic?), but I'm thinking I need to see some hills and creeks anyway. So, new ute coming this week, I'd like to work on getting away a few times a year and experiencing some different terrain. Desert riding is fun, but it gets a bit old...

Oh yeah, about me... middle aged guy, been riding since I was about 10, I can handle a bike ok but no expert (competent but slow I like to say - fitness could do with some work

), currently on a 2005 WR450.

Tim H	Thanks guys, I'll keep an ear out for any desert rides, but keen to see some hills (just little ones...). Bendigo's not that far from here, what areas should I be looking out for if I want to join in some rides around there?
