SIDI Crossfire for me, very comfortable from the first time you put your foot in them. They support the foot well.

They are well made and last.

Down side of them, expensive, may be a little heaver than others and the hinge squeak when you walk!

Ditto what Tim said.

I had sidi crossfires they lasted me years and years but then they had enough and honestly felt so flexible my ankle would break just walking so I bought Some alpinestar tech10s and I’ll never look back, stiffer more comfortable and for me just a way better boot

I’m pretty happy with my tech 7s with the enduro soles nice and grippy for when you can’t get up the hills.
oh never mind get the normal sole lol

Thanks for that I’ve had a couple of pairs of tech 7’s they’ve lasted pretty well but about as water proof as a sieve. Dave I’m a lazy bastard and I found it a lot easier to ride up hills than push the bike up, on Saturday I thought after sitting at the bottom watching the carnage there was little chance of me getting to the top

Back when I was younger and never a gun a bought my first pair of Fox boots and thought they were OK.

So after about 5 years they were a little tired so I was looking around.

Into my local shop with a genuine 50% off there they were. A pair of Fox TCX Pro21 in KTM Orange.

From get go they have been fantastic. Comfortable and with enough weight to mean the protection and support was there.

One thing I was looking for was impact diversion protection for the lower strap clip and these boots were spot on for that small but important feature, it's all in the detail me thinks.

The sole has a tread that slides in forward motion but is serrated for some grip walking up hills when pushing your mates :)

After about 5 years of trail riding they are still good.
It's just more time to be flat out!
