Hello all, six keen riders turned up at 9am for a very entertaining day. The unloading area was chockers with riders. After Phil gave his safety briefing we were off to find some tracks. What a difference 35 mls of rain can do to tracks in the Neerim area, they varied between soft and grippy, hard and fast to down right soft gluey clay that filled your knobbies. I had an off on the first gnarly hill and tweaked my right hammy but we all pressed on. A great selection of tracks were selected by Phil and Pete (2nd in charge) which gave us the spectrum of fast flowing and tight single. Thrown in were a few challenges which caused a few laughs and video.
Finished up back at the cars around 3.30 with no issues and 70 odd ks done.
Congrats to Phil, Connor, Jase, Paul and Pete for making it a great day.
Regards, Lefty.
