as peter said the hardest thing is taking the plunge you need 2 to 3 days work a week the rest will come .
I enjoy my side of the electrical industry don't get to much crap  get to see some interesting places
just paper work sucks but with out it you don't get payed
Good luck  if people know your starting out around here  help/ work should not be hard to find
unless you going in to the male escort field then you might be stepping on Peter R toes
Bondage
Leather gimp Mask ( with Ball )
Chaps
he may  lend them but you would have to ask nicely and wash after use

Wow! After reading this I'm glad I didn't take up Pete's offer of greasing my linkage for me!!!
If I could get 3/4 days work a week straight away I'd be thrilled, then building up to 6 days a week is where I'd want to be in 18 months time.

I agree with John if you enjoy what you do you never have to work.I had a good job in the 80's then chucked it in to have a crack by myself,we lived on snags and mince for long time but can buy lamb chops occasionly now.You should have a go,l think its a lot better to regret doing something than wishing you had done it .good luck

Didn't change of career of such but I took a pretty big plunge to go out and work for myself 1 year out of my aprentiship at the age of 21. 4 years on and I couldn't be happier bit of subbying here bit of my own stuff there. But as most have said its that decision and plungE that's the hardest part.
