Reckon your about right there Ken.....

3 G's to be exact....was amazing how the breathing and core bracing technique they teach you does help...one minute I felt as though I was going to fall through the floor of the plane...next minute was like if I wasnt seat belted in that I would float like an astronaut in space....amazing!!
