For anybody who has been under a rock for a few days -

KTM won it's first MotoGP Race on Sunday.

And the rider South African Brad Binder was only in his third MotoGP Race.

It only took KTM 4 years to develop a bike to beat the decades of Japanese and Italian experience to get to the top step of the podium.

A fantastic achievement for all concerned.
It's just more time to be flat out!

I don't think this season is a real season, more of a test session. The big boys aren't putting in their full effort.

Lets see how long it takes for them to back it up to prove they weren't just lucky.

It’s not a bad effort even if it takes a while to get back on the podium. why do you hate orange Ian?

Alex, I dont like the colour for bikes and I dont like the way KTM buy other brands and either shut them or turn them into different colour KTM's.

Obviously a certain amount of luck goes for any sport, ie if Pol Esparago had not been knocked of his KTM by Zarco's Ducati it would have been a KTM 1st and 2nd, just a bit "unlucky"

I'll let you tell Marquez that breaking his arm in a test session non real season race was just unlucky?

I'll tell Marquez that riding motorcycles is very dangerous and he should expect to get injured and he may even die!

MotoGP again this weekend.

I think It will go down as one of the toughest seasons due to Carona restrictions on how the teams operate plus many races with no rest weekends in-between for rider recovery from falls.

This weekend it's in Austria at the Red Bull Ring, home of KTM, so no extra pressure. Go Brad.

Dann those orange bikes. I was hoping Miller would get his first win for Ducati, not that I am much of a Ducati fan either. Should have been a Suzuki win though.

I did feel sorry for Mir on the Suzuki he had the race nailed in part one.

All Yamaha owners should immediately check their brakes. Jumping off the back of a motorcycle at 215kph and getting the race red flagged is one hell of a way to prevent Suzuki taking their first MotoGP win in Yonks. Yamaha were having brake trouble all weekend on Quatararo's bike then Vinale's failed in the race.

All due to pressure from KTM who finished first and third in part two.

More first time MotoGP winner's - Olivere and Portugal.

This season without Mark Marqueze has been fantastic, so many surprises, great racing, loving it, stay home Mark.
