NOTE: After 1 March each year the new membership will be for the remainder of the current financial year plus the following financial year. Prospective members are welcome to come to AMTRA events as a visitor for up to 3 months before joining.

AMTRA 2026 High Country Ride.
24th to 26th April 2026.
Arrival and register Friday - from mid afternoon to late evening.
Ride Saturday 25th April and Sunday 26th April 2026.
This club voulunteer run ride is for registered trail and enduro type bikes (full or rec reg) riding 4WD tracks from easy to diffiicult. It is not intended for larger adventure type bikes (see the High Country Adventure if interested in coming riding this type of bike).
Rides of different levels of difficulty and length will be offered to try and suit all entrants, however this is not a training or beginner weekend. If you have any queries on the ride please call Len on 0429 185 852 or Mat on 0409 520 642.
Rides leave from the club property at Abbeyard in the heart of the Buffalo Valley (Approx 4 hrs from Melbourne) in the Victorian high country. Entry includes free camping on the property from Friday, which has showers, toilets and shelter.
All entrants for the 2026 HCR become AMTRA club members for the remainder of the 2025/2026 Club Year (to 30 June 2026). This means you are also welcome to join in on regular club activities both before and after the HCR weekend.
Limited to 100 riders for the weekend.

2026 AMTRA High Country Adventure Ride
This ride is for Adventure type bikes, like CFMOTO 450MT, Teneres, and Africa Twins through to big bore KTM Adventures and BMW GS's, and requires full registration. Ride terrain is 'off road' focus including gravel roads and 4WD tracks.
Join AMTRA for the 2026 HCA and become a member for the remainder of the 2025/2026 Club Year (to 30 June 2026).
Ride Date is 25th and 26th of April 2026.
Limited to 20 riders for the weekend.

2026 AMTRA High Country Ride or Adventure Ride Volunteers
Friday 24th April to Sunday 26th April 2026.
This is for club members to volunteer for the HCR or HCA, with a payment to contribute to the cost of meals and the coveted HCR/HCA t-shirt.
Note: Easier if you sign in to the website first before filling in the volunteer subscription.
While asking for preferences your duties may be assigned by the organisers as they need people to do lots of different things.
Volunteers will be included in the catering meals from Saturday Breakfast through to Sunday Lunch.
You must be an existing AMTRA Member to volunteer, however you still register to volunteer here.
