Hi All, for those not going anywhere on cup weekend a few of us are going for a ride to Chaynes Bridge from Rawson, on Sunday the 2/11/14 leaving from the Stockyard Pub carpark in Depot Rd Rawson, meeting at 8.15am for a 8.45 departure and hope to returning around 5 ish . Need fuel for 180KLM as no fuel available along the way. Lunch on the trails, BIG KLMs, BIG HILLS UP and DOWN, ROCKS, RUTS, CREAKS and RIVERS, DUST, LOTS of LAUGHS, CHARACTOR BUILDING STUFF, somer of us may even stop for a beer when we return and maybe dinner at the pub so you are welcome to join us as well. Need info PM me, you will need extra heavy duty tubes, reasonable amount of bike fitness, good reliable bike, tools for dewattering and spare tube, spare spark plug, and lots, and I mean lots of spare fuel as we are 80 odd klms away from the cars at the furthest point. If we have a few problems then this can turn into a huge day but if everything goes well it can be around 5hr ride, so come prepaired for either.
