We are trying to organise an outdoor meeting at the church, but not for the end of November. Likely to be early December so will combine a very short AGM with a social (distanced) get together.

I expect we will be allowed to have up to 50 people by that time so it may need to be a counted event.

Stay tuned.

The government has just changed it to 50 people outside so the meeting can happen. We will need to wear masks because we will not be able to maintain social distance.

We are setting the date for Next Wednesday 9th Dec.

The meeting will  either be in the church carpark and outside grounds of the church if possible for up to 20 people, there are different rules for places of worship, or if we cannot hold it there then will move the meeting over the road to the carpark area at back of servo which should allow up to 50 people.

Club will provide pizza and drinks, though not sure of being allowed drinks in the carpark across road.

The AGM will be held to present financial record for the last FY and to formally elect committee office bearers. All present committee members have re-nominated, if you would like to nominate for a position advice Ian Robinson who will be the returning officer.

Look forward to catching up with you.

Regards,

Mat R.

I'm sure we can accommodate more than 20 people in the carpark. We can just spread out. Besides I'm not taking a bloody chair across the road.;)

Good news, the church has been able to clarify we are not included in the 20 person limit. So we can have 50 people.

But BYO chair as we cannot take them from the hall.

We will have access to toilets but no other internal areas of the hall, including no access to kitchen area.

Well that's all jolly good news.  Well done chaps.

Are we gonna run a 'registration' list?

Put me down as #1.

Registration for what? Entertainment, Cleaning up or Parking Attendant ;)

Don't forget to bring some masks and it's your turn for the wine glasses :)

No need for masks, as long as you have a drink in your had, or a dart.
