SOCIAL RIDE SUNDAY ARVO 13^th AUGUST
It will be about 3 hours long & on bitumen roads (unless I get lost) & I will be on my road bike.(Blue Suzuki GSX 650F with an AMTRA sticker on the windshield) I will be starting at 1 :30PM from the Burvale Hotel carpark cnr of Springvale Rd & Burwood Hwy (just near the drive thru coffee stop on Burwood Hwy) & heading out towards & through the Dandenong Ranges. I will probably ride for about an hour & find a coffee shop/bakery/pub to stop at somewhere, there is no set route & then I will ride back home.
As I don’t know the area very well I will be stopping fairly frequently to look at stuff & to check my map. If you want to join me please do so. It doesn’t matter if you are on a Honda or Harley, an Adventure bike or a cruiser or a Vespa you can even come along in your car if you like, you can be a member of AMTRA or Dirtriderz or even the local Bowls club I DON’T CARE just be prepared to talk to your fellow riders!

It's good to get it started, the only thing I don't like is, inviting dirtriderz along, this should be only for AMTRA members. These social rides are a good thing, but some of us live far away, so it will be a 2 hour ride before we even start.
	Don't mess with old bikers, they don't just look crazy. My first motor bike ride at the age 13, 58 years later I'm still riding. The administrator has disabled public write access.

You will never see me joining you on my adventure Geoff, I know that other members that ride adventure bikes wouldn't be happy to see me on the ride, so I wouldn't want to spoil their day. P.S. How did I ever became a Clubman of the year ?
