Custom built dirt bike camper trailer.
I built this outfit for the ultimate camping experience with dirt bikes . It,s designed to be a stand alone unit or leave connected to your vehicle and comes with queen size mattress and can sleep up to 6 people, fully galvanised trailer frame,100 amp hour deep cycle battery, 66 litre water tank with electric 12 volt water pump
Also 2 x 4.5 kg gas bottle holders with full bottles , 4 x jerry can holders, 12 volt outlets inside and out, 2 tonne alko axle with 12 inch electric brakes on leaf springs and full shackels. Wheels are 15 in Toyota pattern fitted with BF all terrain tyres ,trailer tare weight is 900 kg.
A large tool box on the front with lighting and kitchen area built into the rear tailgate also with lighting. The bed base tilts to a 40 degree angle with gas strut assistance to make loading and unloading 3 dirt bikes a breeze. Bike set up 2 forward and one reversed. Designed so handle bars do not protrude past trailer frame.
The trailer floor is flat and low profile but with good ground clearance and built too handle very rough terrain . Perfect for that magic spot off road to set up camp and head off and go riding.
