Hi Lynton I hope you are feeling a lot better now, it's never good to hear anyone hurting themselves but that's the risk we take every time we throw our leg over the bike, I hope the healing time is short for you & Mark, see ya's on the trail soon.

Don't mess with old bikers, they don't just look crazy.
