Hi Ian, I just started running it on the Berg and I did about 30klm of S/Trail on Saturday and no issues with boiling, every time in the past if I did that no matter the air temperature the bike would overheat. I am also running it in the Aprilia.

You do need to flush the bike with the following flushing fluid then drain it and then add the coolant.

Evans Prep Fluid - it will remove all the water out of your engine & radiator - cost $69.00

Evans Coolant - $79.99
Both on eBay but you can contact x3e - Ferntree Gully Road Scoresby

All of it is reusable so don't through it away. Also as you said no wear and tear, plus no pressure.
