I've been watching the TV show Air Rescue ,each show there's injured dirt bikers getting dragged out of the bush with the chopper, now the missus is giving me a hard time and saying things like " it's too dangerous" or " your getting too old " or "you should sell that bike " , I've even got dear old mum giving me a hard time , it doesn't help that I'm nursing a broken leg, I was lucky enough to get picked up by 4x4ers and taken to the cars or would have been a trip in the chopper, so is any body else getting grief after watching the show. If your watching the TV with the missus and it comes on quickly flick past it.

Hey Mick - why do you watch the show? Most of us have seen the real thing - thankfully from the outside for the majority. Personally I like to book my chopper flights in advance

Get her to watch any of the Hospital Emergency shows and if your lucky, as I have been, she will see all the carnage from other events like going out for dinner or walking the dog etc. etc.

And as for being too old - what can I say

It's just more time to be flat out!
