They'd only allow us one modern and 4 vintage bikes. I'm guessing (I don't know for sure) that the Committee didn't want to pay to be in the main arena. This site was free.

Come along and say hello if you are going to the Expo, it does look really good with lots of things to see and a few you may be able to do. Although it does look like test rides using the Endurocross track are not being offered.

First of all a big welcome to all the new AMTRA members who signed up or took away membership forms during the EXPO. The $20 sign up special offer will stay open for the next few weeks.

Thanks also to all the members who volunteered their time to man the stands and the members who dropped by to say hello while there.

Star of the AMTRA stand was definitely Serge's TS250. The HCR and AMTRA rides showing on the video attracted a lot of attention and helped to show people what sort of riding the club does.

The interest in the HCR was also really good and saw a lot of the flyers get taken. Hopefully this will help us fill the ride and entries will be open very soon.

Finally a big thanks to Timmers for the effort he put in to make the AMTRA display happen at the EXPO, and for taking on to put another AMTRA display at next years 4WD and camping show going on at the showgrounds - where we can expect to introduce the club to a lot of new people.
