So I still want a HCR for 2023, I spoke about it at the last club meeting of the year...

What I'm thinking is a members weekend riding from the property, all self catered for food.

Different level rides going out in different directions.

We could do a Tshirt if people lock in for the weekend and pre pay for it.

Looking at weekends, the weekend before ANZAC day may be a good choice as ANZAC day falls on a tuesday next year, have the monday off for a four day weekend.

If people ask if we're doing a HCR we can say "sort of"! and it would bring people to the club.

I have had 5 or 6 enquiries about the 2023 and when it will be held.

Count me in whatever weekend it

so would it be like ,
all enquiries get sent to a link  ( assuming they are not current members) and they sign up to it and commit to the date , get fed specific information on how the weekend would be run .

from there we can do some sort of advertising or past emailed prospects ?
Main aim to get the punters on board for the weekend ? 
Aim , new or refreshed membership ?

I would be happy to lead a level 2 or lower ride assuming there are degrees of riders, say up to 20 with 2 sweeps  

 other ....logistics for a feul drop or vehicle or just keep rides to 120Ks

The 2022 ride didn't make the club any money but we got 30+ memberships out of it.

Probably the most important thing at this point is locking in a weekend so people know when.

Are you thinking an overnight in cargo Tim?

Great Idea Tim , Willie Graham & myself have discussed previously doing a combined  Adventure ride just for the day ( his leaving the North & mine leaving the South ) and meeting up during the day but maybe we could do something like this with both groups meeting around lunchtime and all riding into Abbeyard later that day ( Saturday ) with a couple of Adventure type rides from the property over the weekend . As you said Tim this would be a great way to promote AMTRA and get more members signed up and active . More importantly hope your recovery is going well . Regards Scotty

I'd definitely be keen, plus I know 1 or 2 that would sign up as new members. Be good to lock in a date soon I reckon

I have about 3-4 that are keen and have ridden the HCR in previous years.
