Easing back into it with a punt around Granton/Marysville. 5 souls turned up on this glorious morning to get some k's under their belts. 
Took Mt Gordon track north west to find Perry track, this is always a favourite.  Tracks to here were grippy with a little slosh in some places. 
Had lunch on the Acheron River at Project Rd around 12.20 and woke up a couple still sleeping in their roof top tent next to the river.
Headed back to the start of Perry track and into the "not so wide" 4x4 track, this was a great 40 minutes of tight stuff and swamp crossing. Put the bikes in top and headed to where Phil Randel used to have lunch - i/s Aubrey Cuzens Drv where it crosses Wilks Creek.
Headed over to the other side to find some of Phil's old tracks but logging has hit the area and downed trees were strategically placed over the track. 
Had a look around for another half an hour then headed back to the cars arriving at 3,30.
Woke up some muscles that had become dormant whist off the bike and it turned out to be a great day, probably level 2, with 65ks om the clock.
