Heading to Rainbow for the 26 and 27th of June
(sorry for late notice, my life goes in 2 week cycles. Ive been toying with the idea of some sand before the big Simpson trip , over this winter , and after the storms last week ive lost most of my local ride areas )
My rough plan
friday. a mate and I, will drive to Hopetoun to visit my ( other ) brother
sat morning park at the camping area at lake albacutya, and ride till around 10,00 and wait for any late arrivals
about 10.30, 11 , main ride for the day
sat night , CAMPING
sunday head out riding till around 2.00 ish , then drive home, others may or may not stay and play outside of my schedule
as this is my 2nd time on sand i suggest this is an intermediate ride .
There may be a higher level ride arranged by others who may attend and open to split up
Saturday will definitely include chinamans well , but im aiming to have as much fun as possible so may or may not include specific loops
Sunday might be a quick run up to big desert state forest
feul for 120ks max (+ 20% sand absorption ) eg , i will be carrying + 5Lt FOR EACH RIDE
