I came across this article while going thru the site .I  read it with great interest ,I had not seen it in the past.
I started trailriding in the late seventy's,  although I had a Jap bike an xl250 there were still plenty of European bikes around and early DTs.
So this article brought back a lot of memories.
Is what's on the web site here the complete article or is there more to it ?

The '20 Years of AMTRA' that appears here is not the full article. Two sections are missing and we'll get that sorted soon

It was written by club members Colin and Janette Boyd and you're right, it's a great read!

Jeff (and others),

The '20 years of AMTRA' has now been fixed, so the rest of the story is available to read.

Enjoy!
