Hi all,  I've just joined up.  Louie Filis here. Louie or Lou will do. Hoping to tag along on a few rides and get my 10yo boy out a bit more on his KX65 too. I ride a 94 KX125 and a 2004 CR250, both rec reg.
Work and kids x 4 have made it hard to get out on the dirt so hopefully amtra can help sort my priorities!!
I live on Phillip Island, work for Phillip Island Ride Days and California Superbike School and I'm an agent for Earmold Australia.
Most of my dirt ridings been done in the many areas between Warbuton and Bright.
Looking forward to getting out on one of your rides.
Thanks, Lou.

Welcome Lou
Keep an eye on the forum for family days at Daylesford for the kids and hopefully the ride day at 3 bridges oct/Nov

You will need the AMA family licence we use, which will cost around $15 , this covers the kids , organisers and property owners

Can some one share the link and maybe explain a little more to Lou?

Welcome Lou,

Details on licence needed for Family Ride days is here.

You don't need an AMA licence for registered bikes on regular AMTRA trail rides.

Regards,

Mat.
