I like the wording " trail bike riding on roads and tracks open to the public" Nothing stopping them from closing whatever they want.

It should say "can continue riding on the roads and tracks that are CURRENTLY open to the public.

For me - Their wording does not guarantee the ongoing use of what is there.
It's just more time to be flat out!

A lot of it reads as most government material does, were nothing is black and white or straight yes and no.
