G'day all,
Ive just joined AMTRA after a recent ride up Cape York restarted my trail bike obsession.
Enduro riding is my thing as opposed to adventure riding but as long as its off road Im happy.
Im up for day trips or overnight camps, ready for most adventures.
Since 2002 ive been on a 2003 XR400 which has served me very well but I just got a new SWM300 (think 2010 Husky TE310) which seems like a good thing but only time will tell, its not even run in properly yet.
Im really looking forward to getting out on some rides with you guys, Ive already met Jeff and Lefty? up at Big River a few weeks ago and had a great ride with Jeff (how was your bike Lefty?).
Im taking the new bike on a maiden bush bash this weekend (prob Big River again of anyones keen) and if all goes well am interested in the Avon Wilderness ride the following weekend. How does that work, do I need to be assessed or whatever for abilities or should I call the ride contact on this site and have a chat?
Anyway thats enough rambling, hope to see you all on the tracks,
