Am I correct that Harry can ride at Abbeyard as he is only 16 and can’t get a licence until 18

Riding at abbeyard is permitted, though limited. Bikes should be registered still, Rec Reg or what is known as a TAC85 cover is acceptable. We are working on getting insurance sorted to get some other ride areas available for non licenced riders. But that is proving to be either slow or involve some costs to members that we feel should not be so high.

In any case, I would highly recommend a rec reg kit on the YZ as it is really great cover at minimal cost. Plus you can grab it for a ride as well. :)
The older I get, the slower I was.

Totally agree Kaine , our son has only recently got his L's but the last few years prior to that was the same as what you guys are dealing with , " Where can we ride " . As Mat mentioned the club is working on this as we want members like yourselves riding with AMTRA . I love riding with my son and enjoying this great hobby ( my wife says obsession )  together . Look forward to meeting you guys on a ride soon . Regards Scott
