Some of you do not know me, but I'm sure the ones that do know me will fill you in, please don't paint me too black fellas

I've been off the rails for a while, slowly getting my shit together, I got a invite from Will to come along to a AMTRA ride at Neerim Yesterday, it was a great day to ride with some of the old members again, I reckon riding with people ya know is so much more fun, we had plenty of laughs, I think it's good for me to have more days like this, that's why I'm back again, thanks to Will, if he did not keep pushing me to come for a ride, I may not have joined again, so at some stage I'll put on a 70 km off s/t, nothing hard, but as Pommy Matt said it wears ya out, "it's got no straight bits in it"

this ride will be at a easy pace, Will classed it as a club man ride. Cheers Frankieboy.
