My name is Phil.I have been riding road bikes for the last 30 years and about 5 years ago took an interest in adventure bikes, 650cc or there abouts.In about september or october last year Craig525 posted on the advrider website regarding a ride in kinglake which i attended and spent the day doing enduro type riding on my 160 kg husky te610 complete with full to the brim safari tank.I had a great day but was completely knackered by the end of it. I was very impressed with the way the day was organized and managed and the willingness of the riders to help each other out.So a few weeks later i bought a dirtbike, 2008 sherco 450,i have taken it out a few times on my own and also attended one of the marysville rides and look forward to doing as many rides as i can fit in around kids weekend sports.My main aim is to improve my skills to enable me to be capable of attending some of the harder rides.

Welcome to AMTRA Phil,, I'm sure you will find rides to suit you I'm also sure you will also work out who's who in the zoo or circus as it sometimes becomes....... Now as for you Craig525, how about you come down and do one of my Stradbroke rides, I'm sure there will be an opportunity to become real social with me, in fact I'll go out of my way to make sure you won't forget how social I can be....
