Hello old friends and new.

I rode with AMTRA during the Ninety's but gave it away due to growing family and the fact that I didn't bounce anymore when I came off. (insert ugly "Splatt!!" noise here).

Luckily, that is a long time ago, and no-one remembers the hum-drum rides that I used to put on.

After attending the 50th Anniversary celebrations, and finding quite a few of the guys that I used to ride with, I rejoined AMTRA and bought a bike.

Gone are the days of simple bikes like the XR-Valdese (thanks DK), I fell in love with the Africa Twin.

I had to get back in there, having real fun in the great outdoors.

My plan, so far, is to participate in at least one AMTRA ride per month. First ride completed, Whittlesea to Euroa with Peter Ross and co.

Anyways, I'm in Barkers Creek now, and wish to host a ride up here in February, if anyone is interested.
This ride will start in Barkers Creek, or Harcourt (easier to find on a map).
So far I have plotted out 90km of the course. 80% dirt

Aiming for 250km+

Should be interesting, with maybe a challenging section (optional) included.

Feel free to get in touch, especially if you know of a good ride coming up.

I have been planning to do some exploring in the area and have been watching many "Biker Bits"youtube videos of rides in the area. Plenty of accommodation in the area but really, it's only 1.5 hours from Melbourne on a good day.

There is plenty of accommodation close by, or even a sofa bed here. We will be able to look after you.
